DMCA Notice

CoinzBTC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. As part of our commitment to protecting intellectual property, we have adopted this Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice and Takedown Policy.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on CoinzBTC.com infringes on your copyright, you or your agent may submit a DMCA notice to us. Your notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. However, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works will do.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. It signifies the material that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Sending a DMCA Notice

DMCA notices should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent.

Action Upon Receipt of DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice. If the user believes their content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notification as described below.

Counter-Notification Process

If you receive a notice that your content has been removed due to alleged copyright infringement and you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or, if you are located outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA 512 subsection (c)(1)(c) or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Sending a Counter-Notification

Counter-notifications should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent at the address provided in the DMCA notice you received.

Repeat Infringers

CoinzBTC reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
